Ian Sharland Limited is accredited under the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) registration scheme (No. 139), and is therefore able to undertake formal pre-completion testing to satisfy the requirements of the Building Regulations Part E (including schools designed to Building Bulletin 93) and BREEAM assessments.
With over 20 years experience in the design and testing of residential, school, hospital and commercial buildings, we are able to offer an initial design appraisal and detailed advice on the means to achieve the requirements of Approved Document E and any enhanced standards which may be required.
Should a building fail to achieve the required standards, we can to assess the causes of failure and to provide detailed recommendations for the necessary remedial works.
Whereever possible we will match like-for-like proposals for precompletion sound insulation testing.
